Soothing Hand Self-Massage

I'm willing to bet that everyone's hands could do with some TLC. Our hands are used and abused every day with repetitive tasks like typing, texting, and mouse-clicking. Not to mention those who work with their hands for a living, like artists, musicians, carpenters, chefs, hair stylists, and massage therapists like myself. We need to keep our hands and fingers healthy if we are to continue our busy daily activities.

Grab a massage ball, tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or any ball about that size, and follow along with me as I guide you through a quick and effective self-massage for your hands. Practice this massage a few times a week to keep your hands and fingers pain-free and flexible.

What's new with me ...

Last weekend I took a 16-hour class on the latest discoveries in pain and neuroscience ... and it blew my mind! I can't wait to share it all with you. Stay tuned!

Jesse, Sienna, and I had a wonderful trip to Charlotte, N.C. to visit my parents, sister, and brother-in-law in their new home. It was Sienna's first time flying and she loved it! We enjoyed swimming, nature walks, and plenty of family time.

We had a Harry Potter Halloween! Can you guess our characters?
